Past life regression hypnosis a great way to connect with your higher conscience. This is the part of you that is plugged in to the field of all knowledge - knowledge about all that has ever happened to you, and all that will happen to you. The group experience is different from one-on-one Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT℠) but it does give you an introduction - a taste of what is possible!
Typically, the lifetimes that you visit during the group will give you perspectives and information that is relevant to your current life situation, bringing clarity, resolution, and understanding.
And, it’s fun and fascinating to hear other people’s experiences. Everyone will have an opportunity to share, if they want to.
You will also learn about hypnosis - what it is (and isn’t), why it is safe, and something that everyone can learn. It relies on common, everyday skills. In fact, we all do it everyday!
And, it’s not even required that you believe in past lives!
During this circle John will guide you through 3 individual experiences:
• a past life experience
• meet a guide or guardian
• a future life in another century
A group past life regression is different from a Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) session, but it draws on the same understanding - that in connecting to our higher consciousness we can pull in information from our past experiences to help us navigate our present situations.
QHHT is a highly interactive experience; group regressions are a shared individual experience. Group work can beautifully amplify the experience for everyone, if the proper space is created.
The group regressions that I offer are an opportunity to step into the world of regression hypnosis, and specifically Dolores n techniques. Dolores created QHHT during her 40-plus years of regression hypnosis work.
John offers group regression circles once a month, both in-person and online, as well as other events with hypnosis from time to time.
